Planning a Family Vacation or Travel?

Come join us as we share our experiences.....

The idea for this site was created out of the many questions about our travel adventures that we've received from family and friends, seeking to draw on our family vacation experiences to assist them in planning their next trip.

Beach, Northern NSW

We've thoroughly enjoyed many hours of reliving our travelling experiences and journeys, sometimes over a coffee or barbeque lunch. Helping others with their vacation plans through sharing our holiday itineraries and experiences also provides us with the opportunity to revisit some very happy and fond memories.

BC Forest

Even those folks who aren't visiting the same locations as we have are keen to understand our experiences with rental car companies and hotel chains that are also an available option for their travel destinations.....

  • We want to get good mileage for our money (in so many ways!)

  • Be in an informed position to decide what to leave out if time is short (usually these are tough choices!)

  • Make the most of the time we have at a location (and the points of interest in between!)

  • Get to know the interesting facts and have an appreciation about the area before we arrive

  • Maximise the benefits of the time we have at a location (be it hours, days or a week)

  • Make it easier to get "our bearings" when we arrive..... and...

  • Have knowledge and understanding when conversing with the local folks about their home.

Hoodoos Badlands AB

We can't claim to have explored all of the vast sea of travel and tourist information, but we would certainly like to share what we have found, along with the experiences gained and some of the sights we've seen on our journey.

If this provides you with some vacation options, insight on a particular location or region, ideas for an itinerary, places to stay or things to do that's fantastic! Please make the most of your visit with us.

Beach Scene at Dusk Tofino BC
